Preparation Prior to Attending the Symposium

• Review the Ford PAS NGL essential practices and assess your community's practices.
• Meet with your community's assigned facilitator and co-construct the final agenda for the team sessions embedded throughout the symposium and identify the "work" your community team will work on.
• Communities identify and meet with team members attending symposium to prepare to engage in substantive work and set goals for what they would like to accomplish during the Symposium.
• Email Ronda Alexander RALEXA73@FORD.COM your community poster by October 1, 2010.
• Email Janet Padilla JPADIL18@FORD.COM your master plan if applicable and your community's best practices that you would like to share with the Ford PAS NGL national community by October 1, 2010.
• Email Janet Padilla JPADIL18@FORD.COM a one pager highlighting your community's updates related to the Ford PAS NGL strands and essential practices for the Speed Dating session by October 1, 2010.
